Seniors will take charge of softball team

Students express feelings in Spoken Word

On March 17 Keenan students participated in the Spoken Word poetry slam.

The turnout was great; many people came to enjoy the poetry.

There were many participants in this event. Most of the students enjoyed reading their poetry.

Others wondered why the poetry readers wanted to participate.

Cafeteria food made in Satellite Kitchen

The Keenan kitchen staff works hard to prepare food for students.

Mrs. Doris Capers, cafeteria worker, works at the school Satellite Kitchen.

Satellite kitchens, located at individual schools, are where food is transported to for service to customers.

A Keenan Raider gone too soon

On February 14, Keenan teachers, students and loved ones got the news that a Raider had passed away. Senior Brian Keith Davidson, Jr., (BJ) passed away. This tragic death took a toll on not only his family but also his peers at Keenan.
