Principal for a Day connects with students

Dr. Ronald R. Rhames, president of Midlands Technical College (MTC), came out to visit Keenan on November 3, 2016. He came in hopes of inspiring young students by walking around in classes to observe and speak to some as part of being Principal for a Day.

JROTC cadets participate in KHS drill meets

Keenan JROTC cadets compete in all types of drill meets. Drill meets are the competitions in which cadets from all over compete against one another. The activities they compete in are where one cadet calls a series of commands while the team executes them. One specific drill meet Keenan cadets competed in was the District Drill Competition. Did you say ‘This Christmas’?

Trying new things, Keenan hosted a first-time movie night at 7:00 P.M. on December 15 in the student parking lot. Individuals at Keenan wanted to bring the school together using a fun event.
