Mrs. Alexandria Williams, Biology Teacher, experienced her scariest moment when she had to speak in front of a large crowd. Williams was at W.G. Sanders Middle School when she had to speak.

“I was so nervous; I hate speaking in front of large crowds,” Williams said

Williams said before she went out to speak, her hands started to shake, and she didn’t know if she could do her speech.

“My hands were shaking, it felt like my throat was closing up, and I started sweating,” Williams said.

Williams was speaking to middle school students to tell them to be mindful of their behavior because when they got to high school, it would be a whole different ball game.

“Middle school and high school are two different environments. You can’t play around in high school and think that the teachers are going to baby you. You have to grow up,” Williams said

Williams felt it was important she let students know what high school would be like. Even though she was a nervous wreck, she pulled it together and gave the speech.
