Mr. Sean Glover, Assistant Principal of Operations and Freshman Academy, was born in Richland County, South Carolina. He attended Indiana University for his undergraduate work and the United States Sports Academy and University of Phoenix for his master’s degree.

Glover has been teaching for 17 years. He taught at Bloomington South High School, North Middle High School, Elloree High School, Lake Marion High School, Orangeburg- Wilkinson High School, Fairfield Central High School, and Blythewood High School. He has two children, one boy and one girl.

Glover works closely with Keenan’s other administrators. He’s supportive of the school and its regulations and rules. Glover and Ms. Henrietta Montgomery, Dean of Students, are close; they both have the same goals for the students of Keenan.

“Mr. Glover and I have an excellent working relationship. He is also an excellent assistant principal. He is caring, conscientious and fair. Mr. Glover has helped to create an environment in which students feel safe. Students know that inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will be dealt with immediately,” Montgomery said.

Glover enforces discipline for all students in the school: Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors. He enforces discipline all the time, and he enjoys his job.  Glover does have one fear in his work, though.

“I fear a failure,” Glover said.

Glover also has a good relationship with Mr. Alvin Pressley, Principal; they respect one another and see eye-to-eye on the needs of the children.

“Mr. Glover is a very [helpful] assistant principal; we have a wonderful relationship together. He has improved this school so much; he enforces discipline to the students, and that’s what Keenan High School needs,” Pressley said.
