Young Kings inducted as new leaders of Keenan

The Young Kings Clubs male mentoring program began fall of 2009 out of a desire to help provide structure, direction, guidance and mentoring to males in grades 9 through 12.

The program originated from the vision of Mrs. Charity Ntiasagwe, an English Teacher at Keenan.

Cheerleaders work hard to compete

The Keenan Cheerleaders worked hard and did well at qualifiers on November 17, 2011.

β€œThe cheerleaders have devoted their time and effort into practices,” Coach Deidre Hutson said.

From school to tutoring straight to practice, the cheerleaders have been putting everything together for the competition. Raider Rubber Band competes at National High Step event

The Keenan Raider Rubber Band competed in the Asymmetrix National High Step Band Competition. It was held on the campus of John C. Smith University in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Saturday, November 12, 2011.
